Our customer Beat Omlin is an established name in Swiss motocross sport.
After many years on 450cc two-strokes, the Swiss championship in the Twinshock class was to be contested on four-strokes.

Beat has always built its own vehicles. As the original HL500 was constructed from parts from various manufacturers, sourcing and manufacturing the components was no easy task.<\/p>

The chrome-molybdenum frame came from the Netherlands. A SUZUKI swingarm and YAMAHA YZ fork and wheels complete the chassis. The suspension struts come from Wilbers. Uncompromising quality is required here.<\/p>

Many details were created over nights of work in Beat's workshop. In addition to countless small parts, he built the air filter box, plastic side panels and seat base plate completely himself. The fork and swingarm were extensively reworked and adapted.<\/p>
