(1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the KEDO GmbH Haselrodeo competition in April and May 2024 as well as any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective competition will be provided as part of the respective competition campaign on the Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/KEDO.Hamburg/ ) of KEDO GmbH Germany.

(3) Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of participation.
(4) The competition is in no way connected to Facebook, it is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Facebook.
(1) Anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Germany is eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of KEDO GmbH and affiliated companies as well as relatives of such employees and their relatives are excluded. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.
(2) The competition starts on 26.04.2024 at 12 noon and ends on 15.05.2024 at 6 pm. Participation is possible until the stated end date.
(3) Eligible participants can take part in the competition by completing the requested action in the post. The comment must remain until the winner is selected.
(1) We are giving away two Haselrodeo starting places for 2024 worth €150.00 each among all eligible participants.
(2) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants after the closing date. The winner will be notified via the Facebook comment function and requested to send an e-mail message to KEDO GmbH (info@kedo.com) in which the personal data is duly and truthfully transmitted in full. This information will be used to process the prize.
(3) If we do not receive an e-mail from the winner within the specified period of 7 days after the announcement of the winner, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw.
(4) Only one prize is possible per participant.
(5) The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged or paid out in cash.
(6) The prize will be sent to the winner by e-mail in the form of a voucher to the e-mail address provided.
(1) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or other content (e.g. comments) violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that could be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or derogatory or otherwise offend social decency.
(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently revoked.
We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Facebook).
We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of participants' personal data insofar as we process it ourselves. We will only use the participant's personal details and other personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or if the participant has given their consent. This also includes use for exercising the rights of use granted. The data will only be used to carry out the competition and will then be deleted.
The participant can request information about the personal data stored about him/her at any time. Otherwise, our privacy policy applies accordingly, which is available at https://moto.kedo.de/datenschutz/ is available.
(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
(2) German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
