This year's motto:
The Haselrodeo is ridden with classic enduro bikes and our XT's, TT's and SR's were represented in large numbers. It went through 4 quarries in Tecklenburger Land and over a motocross track.
We prefer classic motorcycles, touring enduros and mopeds to the new sporty bikes.
"First and foremost, we want to have a good time together and not compete."
More and more female drivers don't want to miss out on this good time!
With a lot of teamwork and a love of motorcycling, a friendly camp is set up once a year in Ibbenbüren, where you can also enjoy some excellent off-road riding.
In our opinion, this small rally is something very special, because it is not about performance and is certainly not a nerd meeting of old motorcycle freaks.
Here, a friendly bunch of motorcyclists have simply set themselves the goal of organizing a wonderful summer rally.
The mining town of Ibbenbüren offers many locations that are extremely suitable for enduro riding. The problem, of course, is legality.
However, if you have grown up in this area and have been running a motorcycle store for 40 years, then you know the right people from all areas to overcome the necessary hurdles.
The hazel rodeo was the brainchild of Judith and Lutz, who simply couldn't stand the fact that they were surrounded by the best quarries but weren't allowed to drive in.
So the attempt to organize a rally began.
Surprised by the positive response and the support from other events and motivated people from their own town, the two of them took a firm bite and invited the first Haselrodeo to Ibbenbüren a year later.
With great attention to detail, classic bikes and a paddock on an old farm, the Haselrodeo has a unique charm.
In 2023, the rally will take place for the fourth time and we are looking forward to being part of it again.
