Motocross Classic Cup at MSC Münster

A day spent between frost, tire tracks, and good company.

The Motocross Classic Cup at MSC Münster on October 18, 2025, started early. Very early.
Olli and Berger met at around six on Saturday morning so they could be there on time at nine. When they arrived, it was immediately clear that this was not going to be a pleasant autumn day. It was bitterly cold, there was ice on the benches, and it took a few minutes just to get there—both physically and mentally.
After registration and organizational matters, the event commenced. Each class first had a practice run, completing at least three laps. Berger mastered this with flying colors, even though the conditions were anything but easy. After practice, Steve was able to motivate him to continue, which in retrospect was the right decision, as the track became somewhat drier and more drivable as the day progressed.

The format was classic: one practice session, two races.

The track itself felt quite earthy, with deep ruts that were intimidating at first. Berger also worked his way slowly into the ruts. Things got better over time—the ruts were deep, but drivable. Nevertheless, it took a while to find a certain rhythm.

What definitely stuck with me were the bikes and the people. Once again, there were some really beautiful machines at the start, genuine classics that make you stop and stare. There were also some familiar faces—many of whom you know from other classic races. It was almost like a little reunion of the scene. Among others, the Solars were there, „Crazy Markus,“ as I call him, and Uli Sauf also stopped by with his wife—but just to chat.

For Berger, the day was physically demanding. Nevertheless, it was a good day. Not an easy one, but a nice one. The atmosphere was relaxed, the people were open and friendly, and even though it was all limited to one day, it was worth it. After the award ceremony, they drove straight back home—a long day, but one that was well worth it.

The bottom line: Motocross Classic Cup Münster – a cold start, fair racing, spent with good people. And that's exactly what makes these events so special in the end.

We were at the Scrambler Fever in Poland last weekend and it was really good again! 2 days of rattling through the woods with about 70 other enduro enthusiasts. Due to the extreme drought, many forest roads were a sandy hell. Everyone cursed about it, many crashed but everyone had a big grin on their face afterwards. More about this event soon....
